Production Manager in Aggregates Operations

Drive operational excellence as a Production Manager with Amrize North America Inc., responsible for performance, safety, and quality in aggregates operations. Your leadership will guide a skilled team while promoting a culture of safety. As a Production Manager, you will partner with the Plant Manager to oversee key functions in our aggregates site. Organizing daily operations and tracking performance indicators will be critical. Your focus will include managing inventories, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to achieve Operational Performance Indicators
• Manage stockpile inventories and drive group efficiencies
• Develop and manage annual repair budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental commitment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years operational and supervisory experience
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE guidelines
• Clean-shaven for respirator fit tests
• Strong organizational and communication skills
