Senior Project Director for Healthcare Facilities

Lead the All Nations Hospital Project in Kenora as the Senior Project Director, ensuring a unique blend of traditional healing within a modern healthcare design. This role allows for significant community impact. As part of the LWDH Redevelopment Office, the Senior Project Director will provide crucial leadership in the hospital’s design and construction phases. You will work with various local partners to establish a culturally secure environment, managing different teams to reach pivotal milestones within the project. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all phases of hospital design and construction
- Coordinate with the City of Kenora on necessary infrastructure
- Ensure procurement aligns with public directives
- Manage project consultants and stakeholder groups
- Maintain building code compliance throughout the project
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management
- Accredited professional association member
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and systems
- Experience in sustainable design and LEED concepts
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project
