Lead and manage facility operations as a Facility Supervisor with Black & McDonald. Collaborate with teams and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and requires overseeing both staff and subcontractors within the facility operations team. You will focus on work order management, risk assessments, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective and compliant operations within the facilities. This position typically demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for facility operational strategies
- Supervise work assignments for maintenance staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders on work plans
- Ensure training requirements for staff are met
- Conduct site walk-throughs and inspections
- Minimum 3-4 years in building operations
- Familiarity with facility management processes
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Available for travel in the London, ON area
- Must be able to obtain security clearance
