Valard Construction Supervisor - Grounding

Explore a challenging role as a Construction Supervisor at Valard, focused on grounding activities for the Waasigan Transmission Line Project in Northern Ontario. You will also interact with the client to maintain positive relationships while ensuring project compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily grounding crew activities and compliance
- Oversee safety policy enforcement and documentation
- Coach crew members in technical and safety procedures
- Work with safety advisors to resolve safety issues
- Coordinate with Construction Managers on project scope impacts
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and groundwell installation
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Experience with testing equipment like Meggers
- EIT or field experience in electrical work
