- Encadrer une équipe de souscripteurs Construction
- Développer de nouveaux clients et renouveler les affaires
- Surveiller les lignes directrices de souscription
- Coordonner avec d'autres équipes pour atteindre les objectifs
- Analyser les performances des portefeuilles
- Diplôme de premier cycle en assurance ou domaine connexe
- Au moins 20 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe
- Expertise en biens et responsabilité dans la construction
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
