- Analyser et souscrire des affaires conformes aux exigences
- Établir des relations solides pour soutenir la croissance
- Superviser les normes de souscription et de tarification
- Évaluer les résultats et proposer des solutions d'optimisation
- Diplôme universitaire avec 10 ans d'expérience
- Minimum de 5 ans en gestion d'équipe
- Expertise dans le secteur de la construction
- Solides compétences en gestion de portefeuilles
- Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation
