Director of Construction Operations Needed

FTC Innovation is in search of a Director of Construction Operations to guide its national efforts in telecommunications projects. Leverage your leadership skills to drive successful outcomes. As the Director of Construction Operations, you'll play a key role in managing field operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives for FTC Innovation. This position entails overseeing varied construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while fostering strong client relations. Your expertise in construction methodologies and financial acumen will be essential in achieving departmental goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct construction operations for multiple projects
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and budget requirements
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the division
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth
- Monitor key performance metrics and make improvements
- 10+ years in construction or related leadership roles
- Proven experience managing P&L statements
- Strong project management and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure
- Willingness to travel as needed
