Vous renforcerez ainsi les relations et maximiserez les opportunités de croissance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manager l’équipe des chargés de comptes avec une direction stratégique
- Implémenter des stratégies pour augmenter les revenus
- Soutenir les chargés de comptes lors de visites clients
- Offrir du mentorat pour améliorer les performances de vente
- Fournir des recommandations de marché à la direction
- Solide expérience en vente dans le secteur CVCA, 10+ années
- Compétences en communication stratégique et relations clients
- Capacité à analyser les données de vente et CRM
- Diplôme en administration ou domaine connexe requis
- Flexibilité requise pour déplacements commerciaux
