Compensation Strategy Lead - SAP SuccessFactors Expert

Drive compensation transformation as a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. Join EY’s HR Technology practice to spearhead strategic compensation initiatives. This role focuses on managing complex implementations and ensures effective stakeholder engagement. You'll provide strategic advisory across compensation planning, leading workshops to define frameworks for incentive programs and governance models. Your leadership will be key to elevating organizations' compensation strategies and achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as trusted advisor on compensation strategy and planning
- Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations
- Ensure design consistency across compensation frameworks
- Advocate for automation in compensation processes
- Manage delivery timelines and client satisfaction
- 8–10 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
- At least 3 full-cycle implementations in Compensation
- Relevant degree in HR, IT, or Business
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation required
- Strong strategic advisory skills for stakeholder management
