SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

This senior role is perfect for candidates with extensive consultative experience and a deep understanding of global payroll processes. You will oversee every aspect of payroll solutions while leading strategic initiatives and mentoring teams for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Define payroll strategy and compliance architecture for clients
- Lead full cycle payroll implementations across various geographies
- Ensure seamless integration with finance and third-party systems
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll accuracy and user experience
- Manage project timelines and maintain stakeholder communications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fields
- A minimum of 10 years in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
- At least three implementations of Employee Central Payroll
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
