Lead CRM Strategy for Americas at TEN

Join TEN as the Senior CRM Manager for the Americas region, where you will drive engagement and innovate customer communication strategies. In this leadership role, you will steer the Americas CRM program, aligning your strategic direction with company objectives. Your expertise in CRM techniques will enable you to design and implement best-in-class multi-channel campaigns, providing a data-driven approach to customer journeys and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the CRM strategy for the Americas region
- Design multi-channel activities using Braze
- Optimize customer journeys leveraging real-time data
- Manage KPI performance analysis and reporting
- Set strategic priorities for marketing automation
- Significant experience in CRM management
- Minimum 2 years’ knowledge of Braze
- Proven ability in complex CRM program management
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Expertise in customer lifecycle management practices
