As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will lead high-impact engagements, advise senior leaders, and shape compensation strategies across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation market analysis and translate data into strategic insights
  • Develop innovative compensation strategies aligned to organizational goals
  • Lead pay equity reviews and compliance initiatives
  • Design base pay and incentive programs
  • Support organizational structure design and workforce planning
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with strong project oversight
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings with clarity and confidence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership teams

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for compensation and equitable workplace design.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and/or related areas, including base pay, pay equity, and incentive design.
  • Excellent verbal communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements, lead meetings, and deliver results on time and with high quality.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, working independently while staying highly collaborative.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets, building models, and using sophisticated formulas and functions.
  • Experience providing consulting services — either externally or within an organization — on compensation-related initiatives and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Base Salary Hiring Range (full-time)

$110,000 - $125,000 CAD
