Technical Onboarding Lead for SAP RISE

Take charge of technical onboarding for SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition. Oversee network setups, IAM, and SAP Cloud ALM integration, ensuring operational excellence. In this pivotal leadership role, you will coordinate technical aspects of SAP RISE PCE. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll manage onboarding tickets and oversee key processes like connectivity and operational readiness. Your expertise will be critical in aligning governance and integration points smoothly across various teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Own tickets for technical onboarding and work plans
- Drive changes for ExpressRoute and DNS configurations
- Implement SSO provisioning using Microsoft Entra ID
- Establish and monitor SAP Cloud ALM integration
- Lead ServiceNow processes and cross-team collaborations
- Deep understanding of SAP Basis on Azure
- Expertise in RISE PCE connectivity issues
- Experience with cloud networking and IP planning
- Knowledge of IAM systems and access policies
- Strong leadership in documentation and support processes
