- Mentor New Account Specialists with ongoing training
- Conduct thorough monthly reviews of application submissions
- Manage and prioritize application workflow for efficiency
- Maintain high quality standards during application processing
- Engage in user testing and system improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work setting
