Fairstone Senior Manager for Sourcing

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead innovative procurement strategies. Take this opportunity to enhance supplier relationships in a hybrid work setting. As a key leader, you will manage supplier risk and drive strategic initiatives across the enterprise. Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments, you’ll be responsible for executing sourcing strategies and influencing high-impact decisions. Your hands-on approach will ensure effective supplier negotiations and promote a culture of continuous improvement in sourcing. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing and category initiatives enterprise-wide
- Develop sourcing strategies that support business goals
- Conduct competitive sourcing processes and establish evaluation frameworks
- Negotiate complex agreements and safeguard the company’s interests
- Mentor team members in strategic sourcing best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or related field
- 8–10+ years of relevant strategic sourcing experience
- Experience in a regulated industry is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Capable of influencing senior stakeholders effectively
