Key Responsibilities
- Own the data science roadmap aligned to product OKRs
- Lead and develop a high-performing data science team
- Define standards for the ML lifecycle including deployment and monitoring
- Oversee delivery of end-to-end ML solutions
- Implement model governance and compliance processes
Requirements
- 10+ years in data science, including 3+ years of leadership
- Expertise in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud ML platforms and MLOps tools
- Solid background in statistical analysis and machine learning
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation
