- Own the overarching data science roadmap per product OKRs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data science team
- Define the ML lifecycle standards for deployment and monitoring
- Oversee the delivery of complete ML solutions from end to end
- Enforce model governance and compliance protocols
- 10+ years of data science experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow
- Familiarity with cloud ML platforms and MLOps tools
- Solid background in statistical analysis and machine learning
- Strong SQL skills for manipulating complex data
