- Provide sourcing advice to People & Culture partners
- Oversee RFIs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations
- Conduct thorough market research for strategic decisions
- Build internal and external relationships to enhance value
- Monitor sourcing performance and opportunities for improvement
- 3–5+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement
- Excellent communication and influence abilities
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline
