Drive Brodie League's success in the US as the Operations Director. This full-time role focuses on managing league operations and ensuring the best experiences for athletes in a rapidly expanding brand. Operating from Brodie's Toronto headquarters, you will oversee league operations across multiple US markets. This key leadership role will challenge you to optimize performance, enhance team dynamics, and prepare for future market expansions. You’ll be responsible for implementing processes that secure the Brodie mission of athlete satisfaction through effective community interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead league operations and game-night execution
- Mentor and develop multi-market team leadership
- Standardize operational practices to enhance athlete experience
- Control financial operations including budgeting and cost management
- Spearhead initiatives for referee and coach development
- Extensive operations experience in a multi-location context
- Strong capabilities in budget management and analytical decision-making
- Proven record in building scalable operational infrastructures
- High-level project management and organizational expertise
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
