This critical role requires an expert in data science to translate business challenges into actionable ML strategies. You will lead a talented team, focusing on building scalable solutions that enhance decision-making through rigorous statistical analysis and machine learning methodologies. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end data science project lifecycle
- Develop and grow a team of data scientists through mentoring
- Create ML lifecycle standards and documentation
- Ensure the integration of AI capabilities into business processes
- Monitor and govern model performance and compliance
- Over 10 years of experience in data science, including leadership roles
- Strong Python programming and ML library proficiency
- Experience with cloud services like GCP and Azure
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles
- Excellent data manipulation skills using SQL
