Lead SAP RISE Cloud Technical Onboarding (Toronto)

Lead the technical onboarding for SAP RISE Private Cloud Edition. Oversee critical setup processes including network connectivity, IAM/SSO, and SAP Cloud ALM integration for operational success. In this leadership role, you will act as the technical coordination point for SAP RISE PCE, collaborating with internal teams on essential components such as connectivity patterns and operational readiness. You’ll manage the onboarding tickets, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and ensure that all integration points and governance align smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own tickets for technical onboarding and work plans
- Drive changes for ExpressRoute and DNS configurations
- Implement SSO provisioning using Microsoft Entra ID
- Establish and monitor SAP Cloud ALM integration
- Lead ServiceNow processes and cross-team collaborations
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SAP Basis on Azure
- Expertise in RISE PCE connectivity issues
- Experience with cloud networking and IP planning
- Knowledge of IAM systems and access policies
- Strong leadership in documentation and support processes
