• Maintaining up to date and accurate mutual and segregated fund data in the Univeris database
• Process daily import files from FundSERV and administer any exceptions to ensure clean data is imported into the Univeris database
• Effectively identify master data anomalies in the database and implement solutions
• Report data inconsistencies and follow up with the fund companies/Advisors re transaction delays/updates
• Effectively and accurately process monthly account reconciliation
• Provide testing support for any enhancements made in Univeris database
• Strong attention to detail

What you will bring

• 2 years of experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Post-secondary education
• Completion of CSC/IFIC an asset
• Working experience with MFDA back-office software such as Univeris is preferred
• Relationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationships
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences and strong attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients
• Proven ability to put the client first
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Experience with MS word and excel is required

The base salary for this position is between $45,500- $61,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
