Purchasing and Logistics Administrator

Job Responsibility:

Overview Striker Power Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the procurement and logistic process in a smooth and cost-effective operation. This position requires strong inventory and vendor management skills that is crucial to our operational efficiency and growing organization.

Process and procure materials and supplies necessary for production and office, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules with suppliers and transport companies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan for future sourcing needs. Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules with suppliers and transport companies.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.
• Generate reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and inventory status for management review.
• Resolve delivery and shipment issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation and records of all purchasing and logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Proven 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of vendor management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and market analysis techniques.
• Proficient in using procurement systems such as SAP and MRP software.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail in pricing analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and make data-driven decisions.
