Lead Our Green Team as a Landscape Crew Lead!
We're growing and need a dynamic Landscape Crew Lead to join us!
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of landscapers.
- Oversee landscape installations and maintenance.
- Manage schedules, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Communicate with clients and ensure top-notch service.
- Maintain and operate landscaping equipment.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in landscape construction and supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Great communication and customer service.
- Knowledge of horticulture and equipment operation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
