Business Development Representative (BDR)

Omnify, a subsidiary of Lumify Inc., is a North American leader in advanced back -lighting systems and illuminated architectural lighting solutions. We design and manufacture innovative lighting platforms built around our patented LumiSheet® technology.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new sales opportunities and develop early -stage customer relationships. This role is critical to Omnify's sales engine — identifying potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and building pipeline for the Regional Sales team. It's ideal for someone motivated, curious, and eager to build a career in professional sales, working closely with Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to uncover project opportunities across North America.

What You'll Do: <\/b>

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and digital outreach

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  <\/li>
• Identify and engage new potential customers within target markets
  <\/li>
• Re -engage dormant accounts to identify new opportunities
  <\/li>
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and projects
  <\/li>
• Qualify opportunities and gather key project information
  <\/li>
• Create and manage new accounts and contacts in the CRM
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunity development

• 1–3 years of professional experience (sales, customer -facing, or business development roles preferred)
  <\/li>
• Strong communication and relationship -building skills
  <\/li>
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries and products
  <\/li>
• High level of organization and discipline in managing outreach activities
  <\/li>
• Comfort initiating conversations with new prospects
  <\/li>
• Strong motivation to develop a career in professional sales
  <\/li>
• Experience with CRM software an asset
