With over two years of experience in ERP and CRM systems, you will manage licensing and subscription transactions comprehensively. Collaborating with multiple teams, your work will significantly impact revenue and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subscription and licensing transactions end-to-end
• Maintain high transactional integrity across the systems
• Handle purchase orders and vendor communications
• Facilitate cross-system data flow and reconciliation
• Identify and address process breakdowns promptly Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce
• Strong ownership and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required
