Senior Financial Analyst Hybrid Opportunity

Excel as a Senior Financial Analyst at Reyes Family of Businesses in a hybrid setting. Provide crucial insights and reporting that empower stakeholders across the organization. This respected position in Mississauga involves three days onsite, where you will apply your advanced problem-solving skills in financial reporting and analysis. You’ll be tasked with preparing complex financial reports, conducting variance analyses, and supporting budget development while liaising with cross-functional teams. Your strategic recommendations will serve to enhance decision-making processes in the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed month-end financial close reports
- Analyze variances and develop action plans
- Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations
- Collaborate on preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Offer insights for strategic business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- CPA designation required
- Advanced Excel, Power BI knowledge needed
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
