Senior Analyst in Gift Card Strategy

Walmart Canada is hiring a Senior Analyst to lead the 3rd Party Gift Card strategy. Bring your expertise to play a vital role in driving business growth. As part of the Financial Services team, this 12-month contract position involves key P&L oversight and strategic analysis on gift card operations. Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to propel category innovation and achieve flawless execution of programs. Your insights will help navigate market opportunities and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning and business development
- Produce monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analytics
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration for category growth
- Lead annual planning and new project initiatives
- Manage and resolve customer support issues regarding gift cards
- University degree and at least 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of promotional strategy and marketing initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Exceptional analytical abilities with data interpretation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management
