Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Contract for a 2 to 3 month temporary prospect in Mississauga. This role is ideal for an experienced FP&A professional who can step into a fast‑paced finance environment, take ownership quickly, and support critical reporting and system transition work with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will join a small, collaborative finance team during an important period of change, including transition work related to Oracle Fusion and EPBCS. This is a strong opportunity for a mature, detail‑oriented financial analyst who enjoys building reliable reporting tools, improving financial processes, and partnering with stakeholders to support timely and accurate management reporting.
This workplace offers a professional, team‑oriented environment with flexible hours, smart casual dress, and a hybrid schedule. For the right candidate, there may be potential for the assignment to become permanent, although this is not guaranteed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.
- Contract Length: Temporary assignment for approximately 2 to 3 months.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday in office, Friday work from home.
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexible start and finish times available. Must work 7 to 7.5 hours per day.
- Work From Home Equipment: Laptop, second screen if needed, mouse, headset, and related equipment provided.
- Dress Code: Smart casual.
- If hired permanently, benefits may include 3 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, 4 personal days, annual bonus, benefits from day 1, medical, dental, health spending account, RRSP contribution matching, and quarterly toy sales.
