Senior Financial Analyst Focused on Budgeting and Reporting Excellence

Lead financial planning efforts as a Senior Financial Analyst. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to maximize profitability and operational efficiency in a progressive manufacturing setting. Reporting to the Sr. FP&A Manager, you will take charge of financial planning processes. Your role will involve in-depth customer profitability analysis, preparation of month-end reports, and model development for accurate forecasts. You will also enhance reporting efficiency across financial operations and support strategic pricing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Analyze customer profitability and perform scenario evaluations
- Prepare month-end financial reporting and variance insights
- Maintain comprehensive customer P&L documentation
- Improve financial processes and analytical tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Over 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Advanced Excel knowledge and ERP familiarity
- Strong analytical and communication capabilities
- Flexibility to excel in both independent and team settings
