Senior IT Business Analyst - Quality Assurance

Elevate your career with a full time Senior IT Business Analyst role focused on enhancing business processes and ensuring quality assurance. This position blends IT and business strategy to meet organizational goals. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you'll develop detailed business requirements and specifications while coordinating QA processes. With 6 to 8 years of experience, you will analyze Change Requests, recommend enhancements, and occasionally act as Project Manager during developments. Your role will also include identifying training needs for stakeholders to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and technical specs
- Oversee testing processes and coordinate quality assurance
- Analyze Change Requests for impactful system enhancements
- Act as Project Manager for development initiatives
- Identify training needs for project stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 6 to 8 years in business process management
- Proven experience in creating QA test scripts
- Familiarity with maintaining Change Request processes
- Strong communication skills for technical discussions
