Hands-On Quality Assurance Manager

- Build robust QA systems to prevent issues proactively
- Engage in real-time issue resolution and decision-making
- 7 to 12 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
- Leadership experience in plant environments
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Proven success in improving QA processes
- Comfortable making decisions on the production floor
