QA Lead or QA manager

15+ years of experience as a QA Lead in banking and KYC domains.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual functional testing across banking and KYC applications
• Understand and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Perform test case execution, regression testing, and integration testing
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA
• Work hands‑on with JTMF (or equivalent test management framework)
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members
• Apply knowledge of KYC processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on test execution progress and issues

Qualifications

• Prior banking or financial services experience
• Understanding of test automation frameworks (architecture, components, execution flow)
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA (defect tracking, workflows) and JTMF (or similar test management tools)
• Proven experience in manual functional testing
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Solid KYC domain knowledge
