Hands-On Procurement Consultant Role

Enhance procurement operations as a Consultant focused on Source-to-Pay processes. Utilize tools like Coupa to support users and optimize day-to-day procurement tasks. We are seeking a Procurement Enablement Consultant with direct experience in Source-to-Pay processes. You will manage user onboarding, troubleshoot platform issues, and support procurement teams in implementing effective purchasing strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive compliance and efficiency in purchasing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of procurement platforms like Coupa
- Onboard and support users, resolving access issues
- Troubleshoot platform and process inefficiencies
- Assist in supplier and catalogue enablement initiatives
- Track metrics for continuous improvement efforts
- 1-3 years of procurement or Source-to-Pay experience
- Familiarity with procurement platforms, particularly Coupa
- Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of the procurement lifecycle from requisition to invoice
