- Follow up effectively with leads from various sources
- Meet and exceed team and individual sales targets
- Generate business through customer outreach
- Provide exceptional customer experiences to all clients
- Participate in product training for continuous learning
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Preferred experience in the automotive industry
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with over 3 years of experience
- OMVIC License is required
