Senior Procurement Program Manager - Hybrid Role

Lead technology procurement initiatives as a Senior Procurement Program Manager in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario. Oversee the full procurement lifecycle while ensuring compliance and risk management. This 12-month contract position involves managing contract administration and vendor engagements in public sector organizations. With 10+ years of experience, you will utilize diverse project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Your strong strategic planning skills will ensure successful procurement processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of procurement documentation including RFQs and RFPs
  • Manage evaluation processes and recommendations for procurement
  • Review contracts and proposals for compliance and risk
  • Provide guidance throughout procurement and administration lifecycles
  • Negotiate vendor agreements focusing on requirements and compliance
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in procurement and contract administration
  • Mandatory experience in public sector
  • 5+ years in IT procurement of technology services
  • Maximo experience is essential
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
