The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on configuration expertise in EC Core, Benefits, and related modules, along with working knowledge of Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).This role involves delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, supporting enhancements, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth quarterly releases. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive system improvements and ensure optimal HR system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including EC Core and BenefitsMaintain and enhance Foundation Objects (FO), MDF Objects, and data modelsDesign and implement Business Rules, Workflows, and Position ManagementConfigure Event Reason Derivation and Propagation RulesSupport and maintain Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modulesManage enhancement requests including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and deploymentSupport quarterly release cycles, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment coordinationTroubleshoot and resolve system issues using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or RemedyWork with Integration Center and support integrations, including troubleshooting with tools such as MuleSoftEnsure proper configuration of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frameworkWork with XML configurations and data models to maintain system accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutionsSkills and ExperienceRequired:6–8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralStrong experience in EC Core and Benefits configuration, Foundation Objects and MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Position ManagementHands-on experience with Event Reason Derivation and Propagation Rules, SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)Working knowledge of Integration Center and basic integration concepts, Integration tools such as MuleSoftExperience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)Experience with quarterly release management and testingStrong understanding of Data models and XML configurations, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)Proven ability to manage end-to-end enhancementsPreferred:Deeper experience in Onboarding and Recruiting modulesSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certificationExperience working in client-facing or consulting environmentsExposure to complex/global implementationsWork EnvironmentHybrid model: 3 days per week in officeFlexibility to work from client locations based on project needsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751 - $165,984 CAD.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
