Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable du soutien juridique pour Desjardins dans le secteur de l'assurance commerciale et de cautionnement. Vous interviendrez dans divers domaines, de la révision de polices à la gestion de litiges, tout en accompagnant les équipes dans leurs initiatives stratégiques. Une expertise en droit civil québécois est essentielle pour ce poste. Key Responsibilities:
- Fournir des conseils sur l'assurance commerciale et la conformité réglementaire
- Réviser et rédiger des polices et ententes juridiques
- Conseiller sur des dossiers complexes de litiges et de réclamations
- Interagir avec les autorités réglementaires
- Gérer des projets juridiques ambitieux et innovants
- Baccalauréat en droit et 6 ans d'expérience minimum
- Connaissance du droit de l'assurance commerciale
- Expertise en rédaction de contrats et négociations
- Maîtrise du français pour le travail au Québec
- Capacité à gérer des enjeux réglementaires complexes
