Business Analyst Role with D365 Expertise

Join a leader in Life Sciences as a Business System Analyst to optimize D365 Supply Chain capabilities. This 12-month role requires strong communication and analytical skills. In this role, you will gather and document business requirements, supporting essential enhancements in D365. Collaborating across Supply Chain, IT, and Operations, you will create functional design documents and spearhead User Acceptance Testing initiatives. Your background will play a key role in ensuring system effectiveness and enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and document business needs for D365 enhancements
• Create technical documentation and functional design specs
• Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders
• Support User Acceptance Testing and its execution
• Provide process and system assistance related to D365

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with D365
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Onsite work required three days a week
• Relevant finance or supply chain background
• D365 certifications and understanding of licensing structures
