- Coordinate and organize sports competition calendars
- Recruit qualified coaches and staff for sports
- Support and facilitate the development of student-athletes
- University degree in physical education or sports development
- Understanding of college sports and RSEQ regulations
- Knowledge of hockey and various other sports
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize tasks
