In this vital role reporting to the Manager of Student Accountability, you will perform essential assessments and thorough investigations on student misconduct. Your expertise in policy interpretation and restorative practices will help shape experiences and promote community safety within the college environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze reports of non-academic misconduct with diligence
• Conduct detailed investigations, ensuring compliance with policies
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing investigation findings
• Facilitate restorative dialogues among involved parties
• Collaborate with various College departments for case support Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investigations or conflict resolution
• Proficient in evidence analysis and report writing
• Knowledgeable about legal frameworks and institutional policies
