Lead student life initiatives at University of the Pacific as the Director of Engagement. Drive strategic efforts to enhance involvement and leadership opportunities on campus. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for advancing student engagement by managing the Student Life and Involvement Center. You will collaborate with campus partners to foster inclusive experiences, requiring flexibility for weekend and evening events. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement strategies for student involvement
- Supervise volunteer and community initiative programs
- Oversee student organization support and leadership
- Manage fraternity and sorority engagement
- Collaborate with athletics and cultural teams
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Five years of progressive student life experience
- Strong supervision and management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of student development principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
