Accounting Integration Specialist at BuildOps

Elevate finance operations as an Accounting Integration Specialist with BuildOps. Leverage your accounting skills to design effective data integrations and enhance customer success. In this role at BuildOps, you will be a key player in crafting seamless integrations between major accounting platforms and BuildOps. With a strong foundation in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial workflows, you will improve operational efficiency and satisfaction. Your technical consulting experience will be vital as you configure integrations to meet unique customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Document current accounting systems and integration requirements
• Configure integrations with leading accounting software
• Execute comprehensive test plans for integration accuracy
• Recommend scalable integration best practices
• Create documentation for ongoing integration support Requirements:
• 5+ years in accounting and system integrations
• 2+ years in SaaS technical consulting
• Proficient in Excel for structured data management
• Strong communication skills with finance and technical teams
• Familiarity with platforms such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite Leverage your technical and accounting expertise to redefine integration solutions at BuildOps.
