Join Playfly Sports in Winnipeg as a General Manager to spearhead sponsorship growth for the Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association. This on‑site role demands strategic sales leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a detailed sales plan with MHSAA.

- Cultivate and close recent sponsor relationships.
- Analyze market trends to guide sponsorship strategies.
- Formulate and present creative sales proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years in sales within sports media.
- Solid history of meeting revenue targets.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
