Lead as a General Manager at Amrize in Saskatchewan, overseeing key operations in Asphalt & Construction, Aggregates, and Ready Mix Concrete. Drive performance and uphold safety standards across all projects. In this senior leadership role, you will manage the P&L performance and promote a culture centered around health and safety. You will develop market-specific strategies and ensure compliance in sales, logistics, and quality control, advocating for innovation and regulatory adherence. Your leadership will foster high-performance teams and engage functional leaders across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction through coaching and team development
• Achieve market EBITDA and safety stretch targets
• Define and execute Vision and Strategy using KPIs
• Manage sales processes and compliance with pricing policies
• Oversee production efficiency and labor relations Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields
• 10+ years of management experience
• Background in construction and project management preferred
• Strong operational and commercial management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 25% Take charge of operational success while championing safety and efficiency at Amrize in Saskatchewan.
