Strategic General Manager Position

• Manage performance using balance sheets and strategic plans
• Develop business strategies in line with budget constraints
• Lead teams and advise on project development
• Oversee successful project management from inception to completion
• Foster a collaborative work environment and organize training Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in managerial roles
• Proficient in project development and execution
• Strong strategic management skills
