In this permanent role, you will provide case management and counseling services focused on the needs of Anishinabek children, youth, and families. You’ll ensure their developmental, treatment, and psycho‑social requirements are met, working closely with the Clinical Services Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management and counselling to children and youth
• Coordinate service delivery from assessment to discharge
• Participate in treatment assessments for clients
• Ensure the well‑being of families and youth in service
• Maintain client records and document progress

Requirements

• Minimum HBSW or related degree required
• 2+ years of counselling experience preferred
• Valid Class "G" Driver’s License required
• Criminal Records Search including Vulnerable Sector Search needed
• Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate recommended
