- Coordinate extensively with various organizational stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter specialist for decision-making bodies
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of six years relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is essential
- Ability to handle complex operational challenges
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
