Senior Director of Risk Management

Elevate risk management practices with a leading insurance firm as Senior Director. Drive enterprise risk initiatives and collaborate with executives to enhance governance and accountability across departments. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate. Your focus will be on executing the Enterprise Risk Management framework while managing risk identification and establishing a culture of accountability. Utilizing strategic insights, you will influence decision-making in Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and refine the Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Manage identification and prioritization of risks
- Prepare detailed executive-level risk reports
- Collaborate with leadership on operational and emerging risks
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting risk strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business
- Over 8 years of risk management experience
- Professional certification (FRM, CPA, or CIA) preferred
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
- Proven leadership skills in complex environments
