Risk Advisory Services Senior Manager (Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

As a senior manager, you will oversee complex evaluation engagements and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results. Your work will involve advising senior management while engaging in business development initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement within the Ottawa Evaluation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct evaluation engagements from design through to report generation
- Create custom evaluation frameworks for program assessments
- Guide and mentor team members in evaluation practices
- Deliver actionable recommendations to clients effectively
- Utilize data analytics to improve evaluation methods
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in performance measurement or program evaluation
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- Effective communication and consulting skills
- Experience managing complex projects successfully
- Bilingual in French and English is a plus
